1. What is WhatsApp-For-Delivery?
A convenient way to get your supplies ASAP! You can now order through the WhatsApp number and make payment through Instant Transfer or any DuitNow QR. Upon confirmation of payment, we will make the delivery arrangements per details provided.
2. Is WhatsApp-For-Delivery service available across Malaysia?
No. This service currently only covers the Klang Valley because the order is fulfilled from the outlet. Therefore, the delivery cost may differ according to the distance from the outlet to your location as we are using third-party delivery – LALAMOVE. For delivery outside of Klang Valley, please shop at our e-Commerce site: www.allithypermarket.com.my
3. How do I WhatsApp-For-Delivery?
Just follow these simple steps:-
Step 1 : WhatsApp the number stated above to get info on price & stock availability.
Step 2 : Provide receiver’s name, receiver’s contact, delivery date & delivery address.
Step 3 : Make Payment to reserve the stock. Payment options please refer FAQ No.5
Step 4 : Provide the bank in slip OR screenshot of DuitNow Confirmation.
Step 5 : Get receipt number & wait for your order to arrive.
4. When are the operating hours for WhatsApp-For-Delivery?
You may place your order from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm from Mondays to Sundays including public holidays. However, delivery time may vary depending on the availability of LALAMOVE’s driver on your appointed date. You must ensure to be around to receive the goods. Failing which, the goods will be returned to us and customer has to bear all the additional costs to resend the goods (eg. cost of returning the goods to the outlet & cost of resend the goods to the customer).
5. What are the payment options available for WhatsApp-For-Delivery?
We have 2 payment options available.

2) DuitNow QR
Please provide the payment slip OR screenshot of DuitNow QR payment confirmation for us for verification. Upon confirmation, we will share to you the Receipt Number and arrange for third-party delivery (LALAMOVE).
6. Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing an order?
No changes are allowed after payment is completed.Should you wish to cancel your order after payment is completed, you will need to check with the store that your order has NOT been shipped out from the store location. Delivery charges may be incurred if the third-party delivery has been confirmed.
Return of monies paid will take 14 working days, in accordance to your original payment method.
7. How will I know if ALL IT has received my payment?
A receipt number will be given to you upon confirmation of payment received.
8. How much time does it take for my order to arrive?
Upon confirmation of payment, we will proceed to book the third-party delivery (LALAMOVE) for same day delivery. A tracking link will be shared to you once your item(s) have been picked and are on the way! You should be able to view your estimated delivery time.
9. What do I do if my order arrives with missing items? Or what if my order does not arrive?
All items and checked for completeness before being handed over to the 3rd party delivery (LALAMOVE).
Should your item(s) not arrive after the tracking link shows that it has, or that there are missing items upon receiving, IMMEDIATELY inform the store team that you have ordered from.
A process of Compensation Claim*
There is basic insurance coverage for deliveries worth up to RM2,300. It is part of the delivery fees. We have Insurance Upgrade Options to accommodate your various delivery values:

10. What items can we order via WhatsApp-For-Delivery?
Each Whatsapp-For-Delivery contact number directs you to the selected store. All items within the store’s offering are for your picking. Please bear in mind, there may be some variation of merchandise carried by individual stores due to store size and demographics. But do not worry, we can always help you to check at the nearest store.
11. Is there any additional charge for WhatsApp-For-Delivery?
Although we do not charge for this service, the customer has to bear the third-party delivery cost and additional insurance cost (optional). Cost of delivery based on multiple factors such as traffic situation, order volume, availability of delivery partners, applicable tolls, surcharges, choice of vehicle and so on. Hence the total fare of the service may vary. The fare displayed at the time of the request may not be the same if there is a change to order details.
12. Is there a minimum order requirement for WhatsApp-For-Delivery?
There is no minimum order requirement for this service.
13. Can I schedule my order in advance?
Yes, upon receiving the proof-of-payment, stock(s) will be processed for delivery in accordance to your delivery instructions. We are unable to Reserve stocks without prior payment.
14. Is the stock availability the same across all WhatsApp-For-Delivery outlets?
No, because it is based on individual outlet’s stock on hand.
15. Will ALL IT keep my contact number if I use this service?
