1. What is Self Pick-Up??
Self Pick-Up offers you a new way of ordering your IT products or gadgets during MCO. You can now pre-order through the WhatsApp number, and pick up your order at the appointed time and the outlet nearest to you.
2. Is Self Pick-Up available at all ALL IT outlets?
Self Pick-Up is currently only available at selected ALL IT outlets as stated above. Stay tuned for more locations!
3. What are the benefits of Self Pick-Up?
Save time & safer way to shop for your IT needs. You can now get the latest info on the promotions and save time in asking about stock availability as well as the price. All is done through WhatsApp communication; you just need to make payment & pick up the order at the outlet. And this service is FREE with no additional charges.
4. How do I place an order for Self Pick-Up?
Just follow these 4 simple steps:-
Step 1: WhatsApp the number above to get info on the price & stock availability.
Step 2: Provide collector’s name, mobile number & pickup time.
Step 3: Get Order Number.
Step 4: Make payment at the outlet & pick up your order.
5. When is the operating hours for Self Pick-Up?
You can place your order through WhatsApp daily between 10am to 3pm. Order must be confirmed 2 hours before the pickup time. Items have to be picked up on the same order date to ensure the stock is reserved. Last pickup time is at 5pm.
6. What are the payment options available for Self Pick-Up orders?
We accept cash, debit/credit cards (Visa & Master) issued by banks in Malaysia, e-wallets (GrabPay, Boost & Touch ‘n Go) or Hoolah (BNPL). But we encourage customers to use cashless payments during MCO.
7. How will I know if ALL IT has received my Self Pick-Up order?
An order number will be given as an indication that your stock is reserved for that day till 5pm only. You will need to quote this order number at the cashier counter to pick up the items and make payment.
8. How long do I need to wait after I’ve placed an order for Self Pick-Up?
Order must be confirmed 2 hours before the pickup time.
9. Where do I collect my orders for Self Pick-Up?
You can pick up your order at ALL IT outlet which you’ve selected when you placed your order through the WhatsApp number. There will be a designated area with ‘Self Pick-Up’ signage at the cashier counter where you can pick up your order. Just mention your order number to our cashier. Delivery to mall’s lobby or car park is not allowed as payment has to be made at the outlet.
10. Can I make payment through online transfer?
No. Payment has to be made at the outlet for security purposes, such as but not limited to scam or customer’s phone being hacked / stolen, then the thief can use the order number to collect the items paid.
11. Does Self Pick-Up offer the same product at the outlet?
Yes. You may list out your wish-list to us through WhatsApp and our staff will check the stock availability to quote you accordingly. Our staff will also WhatsApp you if there’s any on-going promotion for the outlet.
12. Is there any additional charge for Self Pick-Up?
No, this service is FREE with no additional charges!
13. Is there a minimum order requirement for Self Pick-Up?
There is no minimum order requirement for Self Pick-Up.
14. Can I schedule my order in advance? Or once I get the order number, how long will the stock be reserved for me?
You can place your future orders up to 7 hours in advance through this service. The stock will be released if there’s no pick up by the customer at 5pm on the same day.
15. What are the safety rules?
The safety rules are some rules & regulations that we have set so that customers can shop at ease in ALL IT during MCO.
Examples are: – Only a minimum number of customers are allowed in the outlet at all time; – Customers must wear face masks to enter the premise; – We will check the temperature of all visitors and staff before allowing the person to enter the premise; – Use the sanitizer provided; and – Practice social distancing such as lining up 1 meter away.
16. Will ALL IT keep my contact number if I use this service?
Yes, by using this service E.g. sending an enquiry to the WhatsApp number, you have consented ALL IT to keep your contact number for future marketing updates. 17. Can I send someone to pick up my order?
Yes. Please provide your representative’s name, mobile number & pickup time to us. You will also need to provide our order number to your representative for verification purposes during pickup.
