1. What is Self Pick-Up?
You can now order and complete the purchasing process through your communication with the selected store via the WhatApp number. Thereafter, you may pick-up your order at the pre-arranged time, at the pre-arranged location within the mall vicinity itself.
2. Is Self Pick-Up available at all ALL IT outlets?
Yes!
3. What are the benefits of Self Pick-Up?
A convenient and hassle-free way to get your items, without needing to get out of your vehicle. We’ll bring it to the pre-arranged location at the agreed upon time for your self pick-up within the mall vicinity. This service is FREE.
4. How do I place an order for Self Pick-Up?
Just follow these simple steps:-
Step 1: WhatsApp the number above to get info on the price & stock availability.
Step 2: Make Payment to reserve the stock. Payment options please refer FAQ No. 6
Step 3: Provide the bank in slip OR screenshot of DuitNow Confirmation.
Step 4: Provide collector’s name, mobile number, vehicle plate number, pick-up time & pick-up location within the mall vicinity.
Step 5: Pick-up your order.
Please kindly note that we can only deliver item(s) to your vehicle upon receiving proof-of-payment.
5. When is the operating hours for Self Pick-Up?
You may place your orders anytime during our store’s operating hours. You may refer to the Info listed in the WhatsApp or https://www.allithypermarket.com.my/pages/store-location.
6. What are the payment options available for Self Pick-Up orders?
We have 2 payment options available.
1) Instant transfer : Maybank Berhad 514084255570 (All IT Hypermarket Sdn Bhd)
2) DuitNow QR
Please provide the payment slip OR screenshot of DuitNow QR payment confirmation to us for verification. Upon confirmation, we will share to you the Receipt Number.
7. What items can I order via Self-Pick up?
Each Self Pick-up WhatsApp contact number directs you to the selected store. All items within the store’s offering are for your picking. Please bear in mind, there may be some variation of merchandise carried by individual stores due to store size and demographics. But do not worry, we can always help you to check at the nearest store.
8. Is there any additional charge for Self Pick-Up?
No, this service is FREE.
9. Is there a minimum order requirement for Self Pick-Up?
There is no minimum order requirement for Self Pick-Up.
10. Can I schedule my Pick-up order in advance?
Yes, you may schedule your pick-up time with the store accordingly.
11. Will ALL IT keep my contact number if I use this service?
